The terms and conditions governing your membership of the Dian Xiao Er ("DXE") chains of restaurants (Business Registration Number: 200207476M) are:

1. You may be asked to provide personal information to Dian Xiao Er before registering or entering any competition or offer promoted by DXE. Employees of Dian Xiao Er and its related bodies corporate, including immediate families, may become members of DXE but cannot enter competitions promoted by Dian Xiao Er.

2. To join, members must (a) be aged 12 years and over; (b) complete DXE application form with correct and valid information; and (c) agree to receive DXE emails regarding promotional campaigns.

3. Dian Xiao Er management may in its sole discretion suspend or terminate any DXE membership.

4. Special Offers, Promotions, Competitions ("Promotions"): Members must present their Coupon/Card at the Dian Xiao Er participating outlets when purchasing/collecting such Promotions. Any Promotions may be subject to individual terms and conditions made available at the time of such event. Promotion prizes must be taken intact as offered and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the winner of a major prize is under 18, the prize will be awarded to that person's parent or guardian. If a prize is unavailable, Dian Xiao Er reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Dian Xiao Er nor their respective officers, agents, employees and related bodies corporate makes any representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. Dian Xiao Er will not be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent.

6. Dian Xiao Er may in its sole discretion amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
